Members of Soroptimist International of Brookings will be at Fred Meyers Saturday, February 22 between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM soliciting donations for their 14th Annual Community Baby Shower. Babies don’t get to choose the circumstances into which they are born: poverty and other difficult situations are challenging to overcome. Our community can help these babies and their families by providing the basics to improve their beginnings. Your generosity will provide items to help them get off to a good start. Your donations stay in the local community and are distributed through CASA, Oregon Families, Healthy Families, Oasis House, Wally’s House, Head Start, WIC, Bright Eyes Midwives and the Pregnancy Center. Your generous support is much appreciated.
