As a tech-wise family, we recognize that home is meant to be the place where the very bestof life happens, and that the very best of life has almost nothing to do with the devices we own. What commitments and disciplines can help families - parents and kids alike- to love and use all kinds of technology without letting screens take over?
During these five weeks together, we'll gain a better understanding of the meaning of family, create better daily rhythms, distinguish between rest and leisure, navigating online risks and embrace personal presence. We will learn to see tech in a new way and how it affects our most formative environments: our homes, churches and workplaces. Together we will be able to identify core practices essential to intentionally using technology in our homes and establish concrete commitments to not just limit technology but also to reintroduce tools and instruments in our lives.
