Join Leslie Caswell for a wonderful yoga practice! Leslie's style is based on alignment and function. Why are we doing the ‘exercise’ we are doing? We are playing the long game, meaning that we want to have strength, balance, and mobility to enjoy the activities of daily living.

This class will utilize breathing (prana) techniques, balance and classic Hatha yoga poses/shapes with variations to accommodate all levels and abilities. No previous yoga experience needed. Dress comfortably, bring a mat or towel, any props you may have and water.

Fee: $15 per session or $50 for 4 sessions
Leslie is generously splitting the fee with The Manley Art Center as a fundraiser!
